CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 254(FIN) An Act relating to the                         
exemption from levy, execution, garnishment, attachment, or other              
remedy for the collection of debt as applied to a permanent fund               
dividend was read the third time.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.              
Objections were heard and Senator Parnell was required to vote.                
                                                                               
The question being: Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 254(FIN)
